Authenticity & Quality FAQ

Know what you’re buying. Here’s a straightforward guide to our artwork, garments, prints, and fulfillment.

Design status

Who creates the artwork?

The owner of Limit Breakers Gear creates the artwork for our designs.

Is this official anime merchandise?

Our designs are unofficial and anime-inspired. We do not present our gear as officially licensed Dragon Ball merchandise or claim affiliation with its rights holders.

Garment & print construction

What T-shirts do you use?

We use Shaka heavyweight T-shirts. Check the individual product’s details and size guide when choosing your fit.

How are the designs printed?

Our T-shirts use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which prints the artwork directly onto the garment.

Where are the shirts produced?

Our shirts are produced by an independent company in Los Angeles, California. Our production partner offers screen printing and DTG services; our T-shirts use DTG printing.

Print care

How should I wash my T-shirt?

Follow the garment’s care label first. For gentle print care, wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, high heat, and ironing directly over the design. Air-dry where the care label allows.

Photos & expectations

Will it look exactly like the image on my screen?

Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Use product images alongside the description and size guide, not as a guarantee of an exact on-screen color match. If you need a closer look before ordering, contact us.

Fulfillment expectations

Where does my order ship from?

Orders ship directly to customers from our independent production partner in Los Angeles, California.

When should I expect my order?

Processing time and transit time are separate. Review any delivery estimate shown for your order, and contact us if you need clarification before purchasing. This FAQ does not promise a fixed shipping date.

What if the item arrives with a problem?

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review it. Check the store’s current return and refund policy for the applicable terms.
